How We Deal With Returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Please do not hesitate to contact us and explain the problem and we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Returning an order.
All decals that you purchase from us are made to order, we do not keep stocks of products or store them in anyway because we need to cut the from the freshest of vinyl so that they reach you in perfect order.
If you product is damaged by the manufacturing process then of course we are more than happy to provide a replacement or refund but we would ask that you please send us a photo so that we can see what has happened.
All of our decals are designed to have a protective topcoat of clear lacquer applied to keep the decals flat and of course to protect them should you hit a bush for example. Hopefully that will not happen.
Please understand that each order is treated as a custom order once placed with us. The order will be cut for you and you only. Sadly we can not accept returns for example because sizes were not checked before ordering or you have simply changed your mind about the whole order or the choice of colour once we have cut the decals for you.
Refunding an order.
If you decide immediately after placing the order that a mistake in the ordering process has happened, Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to cancel the order and refund you in full. Unfortunately we may not be able to honor this in some extreme cases.
